Our policies

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please read our policies.

TO HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE IN THE STUDIO

You are requested to:

Bring your own water bottle.

Bring your own sweat towels.

Bring  your own grip socks—available for purchase in the studio too.

Reach the studio 10 minutes before class  - no latecomers allowed.

Missed the warmup?  Unfortunately, you can’t join the class.

We highly recommend that all clients attend our Foundation Zone class to familiarize themselves with our equipment and facility layout. This ensures you know how to locate everything you may need during the session while prioritizing the health and safety of both yourself and other participants. If you have experience at another studio, you may consider starting with our Zone 1 class.

Do I need prior experience or a level of fitness to start Reformer Pilates?

Our classes are designed for all experience and fitness levels. If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Foundation Zone class. If you have prior experience at another studio, you may begin with our Zone 1 class.

Do you offer any introductory specials or trial classes for new clients?

Yes! We offer a special introductory package for new clients: 3 classes for €50, valid for use within your first month. Visit our membership page for more details.

How do I book a class?

You can book a class through our booking website or by downloading our app. Simply select our intro offer or a membership and reserve your spot. You’ll receive two confirmation emails—one for your purchase and another confirming your class reservation.

What are the policies regarding cancellations and late arrivals?

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 12 hours before class, your credit will be returned to your account. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join, as a proper warm-up is essential for safety and to avoid disrupting the class for others.

Yes, you can pause your membership once per calendar year. To request a pause, please email info@sculptzone.com at least 48 hours in advance.
